Sample event – CPD workshop: Art therapy and trauma

Join SANATA for a two-hour CPD workshop exploring how art therapy supports clients living with trauma. We will look at safe, body-aware ways to introduce art making, how to pace sessions, and how to work with images that carry difficult memories.

The workshop combines a short presentation, small-group case discussion and a hands-on art response. No artistic experience is needed; please bring a notebook and a set of oil pastels.

CPD points: 2 (HPCSA, pending approval). Open to SANATA members and students. This is an example event and will be removed.
